- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders below $50 will incur standard shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
- Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
2. Return Policy
At Corolla Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not offer free return shipping at this time.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund:
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Exclusions: We do not offer refunds on opened, used, or damaged products unless the product arrived defective or was incorrect due to an error on our part.
4. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Shipping: Ship the product(s) back to us at the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at corollabeautysupply@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or offering a full refund.
